who we are

Inhabit Apartments is a specialist residential property management agent. Our entire focus is on managing the rental of apartment units.

Part of our focus is on the management and letting of 5 Brisbane residential complexes totaling over 800 apartments.

Because our staff live in the buildings and know them very well, our services are ideally suited to assist present owners who wish to sell their units and those who want to buy units in our buildings.

Managing this many units gives us the critical mass to also offer our property management services to investor owners of apartments in other buildings.

For the same reasons, we have the human resources to manage other management rights buildings on behalf of the owners of management rights complexes giving them an excellent return on their investment without the hassles of managing the building themselves.

approach

Because of the nature of our business, we have a number of different client groups; renters, holiday makers, body corporates, property buyers and sellers and other management rights owners.

We aim to provide a pleasant and professional service to each of our client groups.  We do this by largely recruiting bright, personable, entry level staff, and training them in our systems and across several of our buildings.  The best of these staff move upwards through our specializations.

By offering a career path, we can attract quality staff, train them in our service culture and have them provide a professional service to our client groups.
